Orrin is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are under 13, you may not use Orrin. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete such data.

If the laws of your country require a higher minimum age for consent to data processing, you may use Orrin only if you meet that minimum age requirement or have valid consent from a parent or legal guardian.

When you create or use an account, we may collect:

• login method, such as email/password, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or anonymous login.

If you use Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we may receive information made available by those providers, such as your name and email address, depending on your account settings and permissions.

4.2 Financial and User-Generated Content

Orrin allows you to enter and manage personal finance data. This may include:

• income records;
• expense records;
• transaction notes;
• accounts;
• budgets;
• financial goals;
• debts;

• financial obligations;
• workspace data;
• shared workspace information;
• other content you choose to add to the App.

This information is provided by you and may be considered sensitive personal financial information.

4.3 Subscription and Purchase Information

Orrin may offer paid features, subscriptions, free trials, lifetime purchases, and other in-app purchases.

Payments are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play, depending on your device and platform. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.

We may receive limited purchase-related information from Apple, Google, and our subscription management provider, such as:

• subscription status;
• purchase type;
• product identifier;
• renewal status;
• trial status;
• transaction identifiers;
• purchase history related to Orrin.

4.4 Usage, Analytics, and Diagnostics Data

We may collect information about how users interact with Orrin, including:

• app usage events;
• screens viewed;
• feature usage;
• subscription and purchase events;
• app performance data;
• crash reports;
• diagnostics data;
• device and operating system information;
• app version;
• approximate technical information needed for analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and app improvement.

We use third-party services such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Adapty, Supabase, and Firebase Cloud Messaging. These services may collect certain technical identifiers or device-related information according to their own privacy practices.

4.5 Push Notification Data

If you enable push notifications, we may process device push tokens and notification-related information to send reminders, updates, and app-related messages.

You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

4.6 AI-Related Data

Orrin may include AI-powered features, such as financial insights, analysis, explanations, recommendations, or assistant-like functionality.

When you use AI features, the information you submit or select for AI processing may be sent to third-party AI service providers for the purpose of generating responses or insights. This may include financial data, notes, transactions, budgets, goals, debts, or other user-provided content, depending on the feature you use.

You should not submit information to AI features that you do not want processed by external AI service providers.

5. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

We do not intentionally collect:

• phone numbers;
• date of birth;
• precise GPS location;
• health information;
• biometric data;
• government identification numbers;
• payment card numbers.

However, some third-party analytics, attribution, platform, or infrastructure providers may process technical information such as device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, advertising identifiers, or similar data, depending on their SDK behavior, platform settings, and your consent choices.

We use information for the following purposes:

• to provide and operate Orrin;
• to create and manage user accounts;
• to sync user data across devices;
• to allow users to manage budgets, income, expenses, accounts, goals, debts, and other financial records;
• to enable shared workspaces and collaboration features;

• to send push notifications and reminders;
• to analyze app usage and improve the App;
• to detect, prevent, and fix bugs, crashes, errors, fraud, abuse, or security issues;

• to provide AI-powered features;

• to enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell your personal financial data.

7.1 Infrastructure and Backend Providers

We use Supabase and other infrastructure services to store, sync, and manage user account and app data.

7.2 Analytics and Diagnostics Providers

We use Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage, diagnose issues, and improve Orrin.

7.3 Subscription and Purchase Providers

We use Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, and Adapty to manage subscriptions, free trials, purchases, and access to paid features.

7.4 Push Notification Providers

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications.

7.5 AI Service Providers

If you use AI features, selected user data may be processed by third-party AI service providers to generate responses, insights, or analysis.

7.6 Advertising and Attribution Partners

Orrin does not display third-party ads inside the App and does not use personalized advertising inside the App.

However, we may use Google Ads and related analytics or attribution tools to measure advertising campaign performance, conversions, subscriptions, trials, or purchases. Some analytics or attribution data may be shared with Google or related service providers for measurement, attribution, fraud prevention, and campaign optimization.

7.7 Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to:

• comply with legal obligations;
• protect our rights or property;
• prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues;
• protect users or the public;
• enforce our Terms of Use.

8. Shared Workspaces and Invited Users

Orrin may allow users to create shared workspaces and invite other users.

If you join or create a shared workspace, other users with access to that workspace may be able to view, add, edit, or manage certain financial records, depending on their permissions.

You are responsible for the users you invite and the information you choose to share with them.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide Orrin, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our agreements.

If you delete your account, we will delete your account and associated user data, except where retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

Backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days before they are permanently overwritten or deleted.

Some analytics, diagnostics, and aggregated data may remain after account deletion if it does not directly identify you.

10. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

You can delete your account in the App where this feature is available.

After account deletion, we will delete your account and associated user data, subject to backup retention of up to 30 days and any legally required or permitted retention.

If you have an active subscription, deleting your Orrin account does not automatically cancel your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play. You must cancel your subscription through the relevant platform’s subscription settings.

11. Data Export, Access, and Correction

Where available, you may export your data from the App.

12. International Data Transfers

Orrin may be available in many countries worldwide, except Russia and other restricted or sanctioned regions where distribution is not available or not allowed.

Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.

Data transmitted between the App and our servers is protected using standard SSL/TLS encryption where applicable.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

17. App Store and Google Play

Orrin is distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those platforms may be subject to Apple’s and Google’s own terms and privacy policies.

Payments, subscriptions, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple or Google, depending on the platform you use.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App, by email, or by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of Orrin after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
