How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Orrin account directly in the App where this feature is available.

Please include the email address associated with your Orrin account, if applicable.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we will delete your account and associated user data, including:

• account information;
• profile information;
• income and expense records;
• transaction notes;
• accounts;
• budgets;
• financial goals;
• debts;
• loans;
• workspace data;
• other user-generated content associated with your account.

Data That May Be Retained

After account deletion, backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days before they are permanently overwritten or deleted.

Some analytics, diagnostics, aggregated, or anonymized data may remain if it does not directly identify you.

We may also retain limited information where required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or compliance obligations.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Orrin account does not automatically cancel your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Processing Time

We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the request.
